- Large mixing bowl

- Sirlon steak x 500g
- Red wine vinegar x 1 tbsp
- Coconut or brown sugar x 1 tsbp
- Mustard x 1 tsbp
- Garlic granules x 1 tsp
- Dried mixed herbs x 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In the large mixing bowl add the red wine vinegar, coconut or brown sugar, mustard, garlic granules, dried mixed herbs and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix these ingredients together.
- Place the steaks in the large mixing bowl and using your hands cover the steaks in the sauce.
- Store in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C or gas mark 6.
- Put the steaks and any remaining sauce in the baking tray.
- Please oil the baking tray if necessary.
- When the oven has preheated put the tray in.
- Put the tray into the oven and cook depending on the way you like it.
– Rare: 10-14 minutes
– Medium-rare: 14-17 minutes
– Medium: 17-20 minutes
– Medium-well: 20-22 minutes
– Well-done: 22-25 minutes - Put the tray into the oven and cook depending on the way you like it.
– Rare: 10-14 minutes

– Medium: 17-20 minutes
– Medium-well: 20-22 minutes
– Well-done: 22-25 minutes - When it’s cooked remove from the oven and leave it to sit for 5 minutes.
- Then serve with jacket potato or chips and salad.
- Finally enjoy.
