My son Ted, who is nine, occasionally enjoys roasted garlic and he also loves cheese. With these two ingredients in my head I decided to make the scones/rolls I made the other week without the spring onion this time.
Basically I replaced the fried spring onions with roasted garlic. The garlic like the spring onions added a lot of flavour and they were very tasty too. My husband Howard and Ted have been enjoying these scones/rolls. Ted has said they taste like garlic bread.
Do you like garlic and what’s your favourite way to eat it? Let me know in the comments below and please don’t forget to like and follow me.

Cheese and Garlic Scones or Rolls were a hit with Howard and Ted. Ted has been enjoying these as an after school snack with fried Halloumi or Parma ham. Then Howard and Ted have enjoyed these with main meal too. All the ingredients are freezable so I made a batch and froze them for another occasion. That’s if they last that long in your house. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
