Oven Baked Savoury Oat Pancake Fry Up – 24 Days of Christmas

Oven Baked Savoury Oat Pancake Fry Up

A traditional fry up in the UK will contain a thick slice or two of white bread or toast. Sadly I can no longer eat bread so I like to create my own versions of something to soak up the yolk. I do enjoy a smaller version of our traditional fry up on Christmas morning. Nowadays I can’t eat the bread. Therefore I’m always trying a variety of bread alternatives.

This Christmas I have decided to make these savoury oat pancakes and bake them in the oven as one large sheet pancake. I just finished my rehearsal version and they were so tasty. Of course, I had to share the recipe with you. Below is a video and recipe for you.

  • Finally enjoy.
Oven Baked Savoury Oat Pancake Fry Up

Oven Baked Savoury Oat Pancake Fry Up were so yummy. I ate mine with fried Parma Ham and eggs. All the ingredients are freezable so you could make these in advance of a meal and freeze them for another occasion. They were yummy as part of a small fry up but you could make these into turkey sandwiches too. I really enjoyed the breakfast and if filled me up until lunch. However you decide to eat this fry up, as always, please enjoy. Thank you. xxx
