For those of you that don’t know, I love chocolate and I love mince pies! In the past I have tried to combine the two. My husband Howard and son Ted weren’t so keen but I loved them. Instead of making myself a large batch of chocolate mince pies, I’ve seen a similar recipe to this one on a supermarkets website. So I have decided to make my own version and I’m so pleased I did. It was lush and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Chocolate Mince Pie Protein Porridge was a delicious breakfast that I loved. It was easy to prepare and cook. Plus the porridge is freezable too. All the ingredients in this breakfast can be frozen. Therefore you could make a big batch and freeze it for another occasion. Honestly though it did kick start me into a festive day. However you decided to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
