Equipment
- Sharp knife
- Chopping board
- Blender
- Glass
Ingredients
- Banana x 1 small
- Raspberries x 1 handful
- Pea or rice protein x 30 g or a protein of your choice
- Raw cacao powder or cocoa powder x 1 tsp
- Medjool dates x 1 – 2
- Ground ginger x 1 – 2 tsp
- Rose essence or water x 1 tsp
- Rose paste x 1 tsp
- Coconut water, water or a milk of your choice x 250 mls or more
Method
- Slice the medjool dates in half and remove the stones.
- Put the banana, raspberries, pea or rice protein, raw cacao powder or cocoa powder, medjool dates, ground ginger, rose essence or water and rose paste into the blender cup.
- Pour over the coconut water.
- Blend these ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Then serve and enjoy.
