- Blender
- Tablespoon
- Teaspoon
- Mug
- Saucepan
- Stirring Spoon
Ingredients for the Hot Chocolate
- Cashew nuts x 30g
- Raw cacao powder x 2 – 4 tsps
- Ground ginger 1 – 2 tsp
- Rose essence x 1 – 2 tsp
- Rose paste x 1 tsp
- Dates x 2 – 4
- Coconut water or milk of your choice x 2 mugs
Method for the hot chocolate
- Soak the cashew nuts in water overnight or soak in hot water for 5 minutes.
- Put the soaked cashew nuts, raw cacao powder, ground ginger, rose essence, rose paste, dates and coconut water or milk of your choice into the blender.
- Blend all of these ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour the ingredients into the saucepan and place on the hob.
- Turn the hob onto high and heat until hot.
- Once the drink is hot pour into the cups or mugs.
- Then serve and enjoy.
