Once upon a time I used to treat myself to a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel occasionally. Nowadays, due to a slight allergy to dairy, I no longer eat this yummy treat. However I found that cashew nut cream cheese is a tasty alternative. This year I decided to add smoked salmon to the cream cheese. I was really pleased I did as it tastes amazing and a recipe I had to share with you this Christmas. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Smoked Salmon and Cashew Nut Cream Cheese was a yummy dip. I ate it with cut vegetables but you could serve this with bread sticks. Alternatively it would be great in bagels or on toast for Christmas breakfast. I wouldn’t freeze the smoked salmon as my packet had a warming on it. You could make the cashew nut cream cheese in advance freeze that instead. Then add the snake salmon on the day. However you decide to eat this delicious dip, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
