Googie’s Kitchen presents Apricots, Cashew Nuts and Cardamon Chocolate Slab

Apricots, Cashew Nuts and Cardamon Chocolate Slab

It’s Easter so that means we must fill our bellies with chocolate. Normally I’m the only one in this house who enjoys dark chocolate. Recently my husband Howard and son Ted have been enjoying the chocolate treats I have been making for Easter.

Therefore I thought I would make myself this little sweet treat. Then Howard and Ted found my chocolate slab and they too are now enjoy the fruits of my labour. It was a huge hit in our house. So that’s one less sweet treat for me and more for my little family. Oh well at least they are alive and eating. Below is a video and recipe for you.
