Oven Baked Prawn Burgers

In the past I have always made my prawn burgers in a frying pan. Recently I made prawn balls in the oven. Therefore I thought I would try making burgers. Prawns are now the only fish my son Ted will eat. Ted used to love base and salmon too. Nowadays it’s just prawns.

To keep him interested in meals times I have been in the kitchen inventing new recipes. To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised that this meal worked so well. The burgers were juicy and tender. Plus they didn’t take long to cook either. We loved them and we hope you enjoy them too.

Oven Baked Prawn Burgers

Oven Baked Prawn Burgers were delicious. As always this dish was easy to prepare and cook. Plus if your prawns haven’t already been frozen then you could make this in advance of a meal. They would be very easy to store in the freezer. When I made burgers I like to put them into separate foods bag to freeze them. Plus like meal would make a yummy leftover lunch the next day too. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
