In recent years sandwiches have not really been on my menu. Nowadays at lunchtime I enjoy eating gluten free pasta with leftover meat. Recently I’ve been noticing chopped sandwiches on my social media pages. As I love trying new foods I really wanted to try this recipe. I decided to bake chickpea flour wraps as a bread alternative. Then I gave this delicious sandwich a go. It made a scrummy change from pasta and I’ll definitely be eating this one again soon. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Chopped Gammon and Pesto Sandwich was yummy sandwich. It was easy to prepare and make. Plus it made a great change from my normal lunches. The sandwich filling could be made the day before and then stored in the fridge overnight. As this has lettuce in I wouldn’t freeze it. It would also make a good light dinner as well. However you decide to eat this sandwich, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
