This BBQ Pork Pie is a must-try! It’s a comforting dinner with a smoky twist. Inspired by a classic cottage pie, this dish swaps traditional beef for tender, flavour-packed pork mixed with rich barbecue sauce and topped with a generous layer of creamy mashed potatoes. It’s hearty, satisfying, and perfect for cosy family meals when you want something simple but full of flavour.
