Googie’s Kitchen presents Healthier Spreadable Butter

Healthier Spreadable Butter

My son Ted, who is 10, likes a little butter on his toast in the morning. When I remove the butter from the fridge it’s always hard. If I were organised I would take it out the night before. I always forget so I need a softer butter. Therefore I decided to add olive oil to it.

The combination of these two ingredients greatly reduces cholesterol in the arteries. Plus it’s healthier for you than margarine too. I find this butter easier to spread and I like the fact it’s better for the body too.

What’s your favourite spread to use on toast and why? Let me know in the comments below and please don’t forget to like and follow me.

Healthier Spreadable Butter

Healthy butter is a great alternative to margarine or butter. It stores in the fridge for 3 months and is so easy to spread on toast. The butter is also brilliant to cook with. I use this butter to cook Ted’s scrambled eggs in the morning. However you decide to eat this butter, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
