Cardamon and rose are great foods to include in your diet. Cardamon has many health benefits. This spice can help to aid digestion, it also freshens your breath and it can help to balance your blood sugar levels. Rose petals have been proven to reduce heart disease, diabetes, obesity and cognitive diseases. Plus they taste delicious in my bedtime cuppa.
Therefore I wondered what these two ingredients would taste like in a hot chocolate. I decided to try it. Oh my goodness, it was so yummy and I think it would make a very romantic drink. It was heaven in a mug and I will be making this for my lover this Valentines!!! Will you??? Below is a video and recipe for you.
