Harissa Spiced Fish Nuggets

Harissa Spiced Fish Nuggets

Fish and spices no longer mix well with my son Ted. Well fish used to mix well but spices hardly ever have mixed with him. Ted is now 10 and fish used to be one of his favourite dinners. Nowadays he seems to have forgotten about his love of fish.

Therefore I have been trying a variety of different fish meals to try to help him remember that love he has lost. I tried fish nuggets (Basa Bites) last month. This month I thought I would try this dish with harissa spices. It wasn’t one of Ted’s favourite dinners but my husband Howard and I loved it. Howard and I think you will enjoy it too.

What’s do you love now that you didn’t as a child? Let me know In the comments below and please don’t forget to like and follow me.

Harissa Spiced Fish Nuggets

Harissa Spiced Fish Nuggets was a simple dinner that Howard and I thought was so tasty. It was slightly time consuming to prepare but it was simple to cook. The fish nuggets can be the made the day before or on the morning of cooking and stored in the fridge. I wouldn’t freeze these ingredients and I didn’t have any leftovers the next day. I think they would be ok as leftovers though. However you decide to eat these nuggets, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
