Marvellous Mango Sorbet

Marvellous Mango Sorbet

Now the weather is getting warmer so for me it’s time to start making the ice cream again. There has been the banana ice cream faze. The internet went made for frozen bananas. You know you put frozen bananas into a blender. Then blend until they resembled ice cream. Well I’ve decided to start a new trend, frozen fruit sorbet/ice cream.

We regularly buy frozen fruit from the supermarket so I decided that we should blend it like they do with bananas. My husband Howard and son Ted were really interested in this idea. So we gave it a go and the result were delicious. Although, we do have to warn you that it could cause brain freeze. It’s worth it though!

Marvellous Mango Sorbet

Marvellous Mango Sorbet was a very tasty dessert. It was very easy to prepare and blend. I would make it and eat it immediately. It is not a dessert I would refreeze at the strawberries have already been frozen. We ate it in bowls but it would be good eaten in an ice cream cone too. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
