Slow Cooker Mince Meat – 24 Days of Christmas

Slow Cooker Mince Meat

Mince meat is a filling we put into a sweet pie in the UK. These are a very traditional dish to eat at Christmas and you either love them or hate them. I really enjoy them and so does my husband. Last year I made mince meat, I thought I made this on the hob but apparently I didn’t. I just used a glass jar and put the ingredient into it. This year I decided to try it cooked like a chutney. The results of my experiment were so tasty of course I had to share the recipe with you. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Slow Cooker Mince Meat

Slow Cooker Mince Meat was is so tasty. It can be made and stored in the fridge or the cupboard for years. It has a lot of brandy in it which will help to keep it. The mince meat is traditionally used in mince pies but this year I thought I would try it in another recipe. Watch out for that during my 24 days of Christmas series. However you decided to eat this filling, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
