A certain burger fast food chain has never been famous for it’s gluten or dairy free burgers. (Not that I’m complaining.) Then the other day I have discovered I can have it at home. These flattened Big Macs bring the iconic flavours of the original juicy burger layers but in a lighter allergy friendly way. They are perfect for anyone who loves a hearty burger with a healthier twist. These Big Macs are quick to make, satisfying and full of flavour.

GF and DF Flattened Big Mac were delicious. My husband Howard, son Ted and I really enjoyed them. They were easy to prepare and cook. They could be made in advance of a meal and frozen too. These burgers prove that everyone can join in on the fun. It also made a lovely leftover lunch too. However you decide to eat these burgers, as always, please enjoy. xxx
