Equipment
- Sharp Knife
- Chopping board
- Tablespoon
- Mixing bowl
- Frying pan
- Fish slice
Ingredients
- Eggs x 2 medium
- Parma ham
- Nutritional yeast x 1 – 2 tbsps or a cheese of your choice
- Gluten free wraps x 1
- Avocado x 1/2
- Rocket, spinach or kale x 1 handful
Method
- Roughly slice the Parma ham into strips.
- Scramble the eggs in a mug with a fork.
- Put the frying pan on a high heat and add the oil.
- When the pan is hot add in the Parma Ham and fry until slightly golden.
- Next add the eggs and spread them across the pan of the pan.
- Once the egg has cooked slightly on the bottom sprinkle of the nutritional yeast.
- Then put the wrap on the top of the cooking egg.
- The egg and the wrap should glue together.
- Then once the egg starts to cook underneath flip it over and cook the wrap for a few minutes.
- Then fold and serve with sliced avocado and rocket, spinach or kale.
- Finally enjoy.
