In the late 18th century in Naples the pizza was born. During this time the city of Naples began growing. Many people from the countryside started to move to this place. Cauliflower and Carrot Cheese and Pesto Pizza

Cauliflower and Carrot Cheese and Pesto Pizza was very gratefully received by my little family. They loved this dish. I was a bit unsure of using cauliflower as a base. My son Ted, who is 8, often tells me he is allergic to vegetables. Therefore I wasn’t sure if he would enjoy the cauliflower base. I was pleasantly surprised as both my husband Howard and Ted eat the lot. They both commented on the meal while eating it too. It’s always a good sign when they do. The pizza is quick and easy and would make a brilliant light lunch or dinner served with chips. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
