Slow Cooker Creamy Spicy Fajita Chicken With Rice

Slow Cooker Creamy Spicy Fajita Chicken With Rice

Chicken fajita are one of our favourite meals. They are such a great dish to throw on the table and let everyone help themselves. The other day I decided to make this dinner but I forget one vital ingredient . . . the wraps. I already had the chicken and all of the other ingredients. Therefore I decided to put all the ingredients into the slow cooker pot with a bit of chicken stock. The meal was amazing and one we had to share with you.

Do you use you the slow cooker a lot and if so, what dishes do you use it for? Let me know in the comments below and please don’t forget to like and follow me.

Slow Cooker Creamy Spicy Fajita Chicken With Rice

Slow Cooker Creamy Spicy Fajita Chicken With Rice was a yummy dinner that we all enjoyed. It was easy to prepare and cook. When I cook a meal like this I occasionally make double so I can put the leftovers in the freezer. Then I have an even quicker meal for another occasion. Plus I always eat the leftovers from this dinner. My husband Howard and son Ted ate their with cheese on as well. Personally, I think it’s tasty with or without the cheese. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you. xxx
