One evening about a week ago I was planning making a spaghetti bolognese for dinner. Except I forgot to take the beef from the freezer. I had all of the ingredients for a bolognese sauce so I decided to cook it anyway. As I didn’t get the beef from the freezer I thought I would use tuna instead. To be honest I wasn’t sure how this meal was going to work but it was delicious. We all loved it and we hope you will too. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Tuna Spag Bowl was a yummy meal that we all enjoyed. It was easy to prepare and cook. All of the ingredients in this dish are freezable. Therefore you could make a big batch and freeze it. I had the leftovers the next day for lunch and they were so tasty. However you decide to eat this dish as always please enjoy. Thank you xxx
