Googie’s Kitchen presents Beef Ragu

Beef Ragu

Whenever I make a spaghetti bolognaise I always leave it on the hob for a long period of time. That way the juices from the meat have time to absorb into the other ingredients. It makes the sauce so tasty. I have never made a Ragu before. This was my first time!!!

It’s similar to a spaghetti bolognaise in many ways. When I was cooking it I decided to leave it on the hob for a good thirty minutes. The juices from the vegetables and the meat disappeared to make a yummy sauce we served with roasted potatoes. It was so delicious and it’s definitely a meal we will be eating again soon. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Beef Ragu

Beef Ragu was a yummy meal we all enjoyed. I made double of this meal and froze it for another occasion. All of the ingredients are freezable so you can make double of this dish and freeze it. Plus it makes tasty leftover too. As I mentioned all the plates were clean by the meal of dinner and ready to put back in the cupboard. That’s how much we enjoyed it!!! However you decide to eat this meal, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
