Googie’s Kitchen presents Meat Feast Chili

Meat Feast Chilli

My little family loves meat. My husband Howard and son Ted are definitely carnivores. I knew when I mentioned meat feast food they would love these ideas. Chili is traditionally a Mexican poor man’s meal. It was usually made with leftovers many years ago. I felt that adding chorizo and Parma ham would add a lot of flavour to this dish. Plus it would feel authentic and how the Mexican’s would eat their chili a long time ago. It’s also now how we like to eat it too. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Meat Feast Chilli was a huge hit in our house. We loved this meal. It was easy to prepare and cook. All the ingredients in the dish are freezable so you could make a big batch and freeze it. It can also be made in advance of the meal and frozen. Plus it makes yummy leftovers as well. However you decide to eat this meal, as always, please enjoy. Thank you. xxx
