The weather in the UK is very temperamental this year. That means we have been intending to use the BBQ but we just haven’t had the weather. Therefore I started to fuse meals together with BBQ sauce. The other day I fancied crab cakes but I wanted to make them more of a summer dish. That’s where the BBQ sauce comes in. It adds a lot of flavour to the meal and we it helped us to imagine a warm summers day. Below is a video and recipe for you.

BBQ Crab Cakes can make a delicious dinner all year round. They can be served with green beans or broccoli in the winter and on a warm summers evening they can be enjoyed with a salad. It’s a great meal to make mid week as it’s very quick and simple. If you are short on time the crab cakes can also be made at the weekend and put into the freezer for a quick mid week meal. However you decide to eat them, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
