Every year I try to serve sprout with Christmas dinner and every year they are always rejected by my little family. As you can tell my family aren’t keen on sprouts. I’m not sure whether it’s the fact that these get put on their plates only during the festive season or if they have a loathing of this vegetable.
This year I’ve decided to try another sprout recipe to see it’s a hit or miss. I’m hoping for a best outcome but expecting the worst one. Fingers crossed for a sproutastic results though. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Parma Ham and Brussel Sprouts was a big hit with me. The recipe was easy to prepare and cook. As I was the only one who eat this dish I’m going to give it a 10. I think these would make yummy leftovers in what us Brits call bubble and squeak. You could use frozen sprouts to make this dish but I like using fresh vegetables on Christmas day. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you. xxx
