In recent weeks I have been researching online romantic meals for Valentine’s day. The most popular seems to to steak and chips. Although steak and chips is delicious how are you mean’t to get romantic after a large dinner. Therefore I’ve decided to turn my steak meal into a stir fry. It will be a little less filling. I’ve also put the meal into the slow cooker so that you can spend even more time with your loved one this Valentine’s day. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Slow Cooker Steak Stir Fry was a delicious dish. My son Ted and I love steak so we thought this was very tasty. Howard, my husband, isn’t so keen but he did enjoy this meal. It was very easy to prepare and cook. It could be made in advance of a meal and all the ingredients can be frozen too. Plus it made lovely leftover the next day as well. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
