Strawberry Fruit Soup (Video Version)

One of the fruits I associate with summer is strawberries. Nothing beats a beautiful British strawberry. We try to buy fresh strawberries in the summer but we buy them frozen in the winter. As I think of strawberries as a summer fruit I had never thought to make them into a warming soup before. We had a few packs in the fridge so I decided to make this fruit soup as a dessert the other night. It was very tasty so of course, I had to share the recipe with you. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Strawberry Soup

Strawberry Fruit Soup was a delicious way to enjoy strawberries in winter. It was very easy to prepare and cook. It could be made in advance of a meal and frozen. In the end I drank it like a strawberry tea from the bowl. Strawberries have a chemical compound in them that can help with digestive issues. The soup made a lovely sweet treat after my dinner but it would also make a very nice snack too. However you decide to drink/eat this soup, as always, please enjoy. Thank you. xxx
