As Winter starts to get closer I start to think about warmer dishes. I also start to think about spices that we can add to these meals. Earlier this year my husband suggested cooking southern spice chips. Ted went on line and found a recipe we adapted. We enjoyed these spice so much that we have been adding this blend to all sorts of meals. As spices have lots of antioxidant they can help the body stay well in the colder months. Personally, I love tasty food I know will help my body in the future. I hope you do too.
