Watermelon and Lime Sorbet – Video Version

Watermelon and Lime Sorbet

Although summer is almost over for another year here in the UK I still think it’s OK to eat cold foods. At the end of August beginning of September the weather can still be warm so eating a bowl of cold sorbet is always welcome in our house. The other day I had a lot of watermelon leftover from another recipe so I decided to turn it into sorbet. It was so tasty of course I had to share the recipe with you. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Watermelon and Lime Sorbet

Watermelon and Lime Sorbet was a great dessert. It was easy to prepare and make. Personally I think this is best made with the frozen watermelon and eaten as soon as possible. I wouldn’t put it in the freezer as it has already been frozen. I enjoyed this as a sweet treat but it could be eaten as a dessert too. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you. xxx
