Fresh, zesty and packed with flavour. These lemon and garlic stir fry prawns are a meal that is not to be missed. My son Ted’s favourite fish and one of the only fish he will eat nowadays are prawns. As a typical 11 year old Ted will love a certain food one minute and then he will hate it the next.
That leaves me scratching my head for ideas but I love a challenge. I knew Ted once loved garlic prawns so I decided to make them with a squeeze of lemon too. It made this juicy prawn dish so tasty. My little family and I loved this dish and we hope you will too. Below is a video and recipe for you.
What do your kids love one minute and loath the next or what did you love and loath as a child? Let me know in the comments below and please don’t forget to like and follow me.

Lemon and Garlic Stir Fry Prawns were a light and vibrant stir fry that was bursting with flavour. It was easy to prepare and cook. You could prepare the sauce in advance and store it in the fridge or freezer. This is such a quick meal that I think it’s best eaten made fresh. Although it does make yummy leftovers. However you decide to eat this meal, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
