There’s something deeply satisfying about a perfectly cooked steak paired with a marinade that cuts through the richness just enough to keep you coming back for more. This steak in a red wine vinegar and mustard jus is all about balance. It’s savoury, sharp, and unapologetically bold. It’s a simple dish that feels elevated, the kind of recipe that proves you don’t need fuss to create serious flavour.
