Summer is finally here! Oh boy, did it feel like a long winter. I’m very pleased as I can start making ice lollies for my little family. The other week I brought too many lemons from the supermarket so I decided to try them in ice lollies.
Recently I made a raspberry sorbet and we all enjoyed eating this dish. Therefore I felt we would enjoy lemon ice lollies too. These lollies were easy to prepare and make. Plus they didn’t cost the earth either. We loved this recipe and we hope you enjoy it too. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Lemon Yoghurt Ice Lollies were a huge hit. My husband Howard, son Ted and I loved them. These lollies will keep for up to 6 weeks in the freezer. They are great as a snack or an after meal treat too. The batch I made recently didn’t last long. They were that good. We loved this ice lolly and we hope you do too. However you decide to eat this sweet treat, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
