Googie’s Kitchen presents Spicy Harissa Potato and Tuna Salad

Spicy Harissa Potato and Tuna Salad

On a hot summers day I enjoy making easy meals. I know salads may seem boring but I often think it what you put into the salad. Spices are a brilliant way to add extra flavour to a meal. Instead of bread croutons I decided to add potoato croutons. Then I felt a little bit of Harissa spice would help to flavour this dish. Finally I added lime juice to bring the flavours together and hey presto what a delicious meal! I loved it and I hope you will too. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Spicy Harissa Potato and Tuna Salad

Spicy Harrisa Potato and Tuna Salad was a yummy dish that I enjoyed. It was an easy meal to prepare and cook. Plus it was packed with taste and flavour. As I mentioned in the method the potatoes could be cooked earlier in the day and added to the salad later on. This would also make a tasty packed lunch as well. However you decide to eat this meal, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
