
In recent months, my little family and I have all caught the dreaded Winter cold. There may have even been Covid thrown in for good measure too. In order to keep us all warm there were plently of hot drinks being served. All of these ingredients in this drink can help to aid digestion and boost immunity during the colder months.
Apple cider vinegar can help to kill bacteria, yeast and fungal infections. The rosemary and other ingredients help to balance the apple cider vinegar. It’s not only a drink that can be drunk when sick but also during the winter too. Hopefully this will help to keep the bugs at bay.

Equipment
- Fine grater
- Mug or cup
- Kettle
- Teaspoon
Ingredients
- Rosemary x 1 small spring
- Apple cider vinegar x 1 – 2 tsps
- Lemon x 1/2 juice
- Ginger x 1 tsp
- Honey x 1 tsp
Method
- Boil the kettle.
- Grate the ginger into the mug.
- Add in the apple cider vinegar, rosemary and honey.
- Pour over the boiling water.
- Leave to cool.
- Once cool enough to drink serve and enjoy.

Rosemary, Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon, Ginger and Honey Tea was a delicious drink that helped keep me going during my cold. It’s definitely a drink I will continue to have throughout the winter.
