My husband Howard, son Ted and I love prawns. Therefore if I think of a new recipe I have to try on it as soon as possible. We also enjoy a spaghetti bolognaise occasionally too. Therefore I decided to put the sauce of the bolognaise and the prawns together. It was a surprisingly easy meal that we all enjoyed. Plus it was very tasty too. We loved this dish and we hope you will too.

Prawn Spag Bowl was a yummy dinner. My little family and I loved it. I really liked it as it was very easy to prepare and cook. You could make the sauce for this meal and freeze it. All the ingredients in the sauce are freezable. Therefore you could make it in advance of the meal and freeze it. I’m not sure about the freezing the prawns or the pasta though. It also made yummy leftovers too. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
