Now that the kids are back to school it’s time for easy evening meals. Burgers are a great meal to prepare in advance. Chickpea burgers are quick to cook as well. It’s a perfect dinner for those parents that don’t have a lot of time during the week. Plus I know my little family loves anything dressed up in a bread roll. This was a delicious dish we had to share with you. Below is a video and recipe for you.

BBQ Chickpea Burgers was a delicious dinner. It was easy to prepare and cook. As I mentioned earlier the burgers can be made in advance of the meal. All the ingredients in the burgers can be frozen and eaten on another occasion. These also made a yummy leftover lunch the next day too. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
