Spices are a great food that can help to keep us well during the colder months. I try to include them into my diet a lot during Autumn and Winter. I find breakfast is a brilliant opportunity to include spices, especially in porridge. They are easy to add to a big bowl of warm porridge. Plus they make it so tasty. Therefore I had to included a pumpkin spiced porridge that’s pack with goodness. As the weather is turning colder this is a breakfast I need. I hope you will need it as much as I do.

Choccy Pumpkin Spiced Protein Porridge was a delicious breakfast that I really enjoyed. It was easy to prepare and cook. To be honest, I ate it cold and it was very tasty. I’m sure it would be yummy warmed up too. All of the ingredients are freezable so you could make a couple of batches and freeze them. However you decide to eat this breakfast, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
