Masala Spice Sweet Potato Chips (Video Version)

Sweet Potato Masala Chips

When the weather is cold outside, I like nothing more than to curl up with comfort food. Chips are definitely a go to choice for me. Britain has been built on fish and chips and cups of tea too. I love the traditional salt and vinegar on my portion too. The other day I made these for a lunch but I fancied a change from my usual condiments. I decided Masala chips sounded like a delicious alternative. I ate these with salmon and salad. It was one amazing meal that I had to share with you. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Sweet Potato Masala Chips

Sweet Potato Masala Chips were delicious. As I mentioned earlier I ate these with salmon and salad. They made a really tasty lunch or the could make a lovely evening meal too. Even better you could have a small portion as a snack. The oil and spices for this dish could be made in advance of the meal. It could also make a tasty packed lunch as well. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
