Recently I have been watching a brilliant vegan nutritionist who makes the most delicious food on her YouTube shorts. I’m not sure of her name but she keeps popping up. To be honest, when she said she was putting red lentils into her daughters smoothies I was a bit suspicious. I wasn’t entirely convinced that I wouldn’t be able to taste the lentils.
After my first attempt at a lentil smoothie I was sold. It was so tasty and there wasn’t even a hint of lentil in it. The lentils add extra protein and fibre to the smoothie. This makes it a yummy and filling breakfast. One I will be enjoying again.
Do you love a morning smoothie and if so, what ingredients do you like to put in it? Let me know in the comments below and please don’t forget to like and follow me.

Chocolate and Prune Lentil Smoothie Bowl was a brilliant breakfast. It was slightly time consuming to prepare but easy to make. All the ingredients in this dish are freezable so you could make a big batch and freeze it for another occasion. I topped my smoothie bowl with extra seeds. It was so good. But you could add extra seeds and fruit as well. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you. xxx
