Equipment
- Small mixing bowl
- Teaspoon
- Baking tray
Ingredients
- Chickpeas x 1 400g tin
- Nutritional yeast x 2 heaped tsps
- Onion granules x 1 – 2 tsp
- Olive oil x 20 – 30 ml
- Salt x 1 – 2 pinches
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C or gas mark 6.
- Pour the oil into the small mixing bowl.
- Add the nutritional yeast, onion granules and salt to the oil.
- Mix these together and set to one side.
- Drain the chickpeas through a colander and place into a baking tray.
- Now pour over the oil mixture and toss these ingredients together.
- When the oven has preheated put the tray in and bake for 25 -30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Then serve and enjoy.
