Equipment
- Sharp knife
- Chopping board
- Tray
- Blender
- Glass
Ingredients
- Banana x 1 large
- Coconut cream or yoghurt x 1 – 2 tbsps
- Dates x 1 – 2
- Raw cacao powder x 1 tsp
- Whey, rice or pea protein x 30g
- Coconut water or water x 300mls
Method
- Peel the banana and slice it.
- Place the slices of banana onto a tray.
- Put the tray into the freezer for 2 hours or more.
- When the banana slices are frozen remove them from the tray.
- Place them into the blender.
- Add in the coconut cream or yoghurt, dates, raw cacao powder, whey, rice or pea protein and coconut water or water.
- Blender this ingredients together.
- Once all the ingredients are smooth pour the contents into a glass.
- Serve and enjoy.
