Hash Brown Pizza

Hash Brown Pizza

Pizza is always a big hit in our house. My husband Howard and son Ted love it. I know they enjoy pizza, if we haven’t eaten one in a while they will ask when it’s going to be on the menu again. We normally always seem to have the same pizza nowadays. If it isn’t broken then why try to fix it.

Although I do love to experiment with food. Therefore I find a change is as good as a rest. After cooking a success hash brown the other day I decided to turn it into a pizza. I have never tried this before so felt it was a meal we would enjoy. The result were so good. Howard and Ted really enjoyed this dinner too.

Have you ever tried a pizza with a different kind of base? Let me know in the comments below and please don’t forget to like and follow me.

Hash Brown Pizza

Hash Brown Pizza was a huge success in our house. We loved this version. It was a very quick and easy meal to cook. The pizza could be eaten hot or cold. I had the leftover the next day and it was still as tasty as the day before. It can also be served with beans or salad and it’s a great dish to eat all year round as well. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you. xxx
