Keto Lemonade

Recently I have back in my kitchen making lots of new recipes. At the moment, I drink a glass of lemon, water and a pinch of sea salt every morning. The drink can help with skin and hair and it can help with inflammation in the body as well as many other aliments. It’s very sour but I feel it’s really helping me.

Then I wondered whether my son Ted, who is nine, would consider drinking it. I feel it would help him enormously. I decided to make my lemon water into a sweet-ish lemonade. Sadly Ted was not impressed with the drink but I loved it. I thought this would be good on a hot summers day. It was quite tangy but also refreshing too. I really enjoyed it and I hope you will join me in a glass too.

  • Sharp knife
  • Chopping board
  • Juicer or fork
  • Blender


  • Lemon x 1 (juice and zest)
  • Erythritol x 2 – 4 tsps
  • Water x 1 glass


  • Cut the lemon in half.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lemon into a blender.
  • Add in the sugar and the water.
  • Blend these ingrdeints together and pour back into the glass.
  • Then serve and enjoy.
Keto Lemonade

Keto Lemonade was a very refreshing drink. It was a great way to make water more interesting. Plus it’s very good for the body too. Please be careful with the erythritol as it can have a laxative effect on some people. If you can’t get erythritol you could use coconut sugar or honey too.
