My son Ted, who is nine, isn’t a big fan of tomato. Many people would probably inform me Ted is just being fussy. Recently we sent Ted’s hair away to be tested. Hair testing can help identify the food that is great for you body and the food that isn’t so good. For years Ted would let me know he really didn’t like tomato based sauces. Naturally I assumed that he was just being fussy. When in fact tomatoes are one of the foods Ted will need stop eating for a little while. hence why the now tomato based sauces. Ted really enjoyed this meal and he wanted me to share it with you. Below is a video and recipe for you. .

No Tomato Pork Stir Fry was a hit with my little family. They gobbled this one up without complaints. It was a quick and easy meal to prepare and cook too. I also made double for the freezer so we can eat it on another occasion. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
