Googie’s Kitchen presents Roasted Chestnut Protein Porridge

Roasted Chestnut Protein Porridge

In the morning I normally have a choice of two breakfasts. My first choice is porridge and my second choice is eggs. If I had to pick one breakfast to eat it would be porridge. Porridge is a delicious breakfast that fills me up and keep me going all morning. I like to soak the porridge oats over night so I have started to make a porridge bowl in the blender. The other day I roasted chestnuts so I decided to put these nuts into my porridge. I’m so glad I did. They were so yummy and of course I had to share this Christmassy recipe with you. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Roasted Chestnut Protein Porridge

Roasted Chestnut Protein Porridge is a tasty breakfast that I really enjoyed. Porridge kick starts my day and I feel so much better after a big bowl. The best part about this dish is you can make it the day before and then all you have to do is heat it up the next day. You could also make batches of this breakfast and freeze them too. It really good with extra seeds and chopped chestnuts on top. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
