Equipment
- Sharp knife
- Chopping board
- Tray
- Blender
- Ice cream scoop
Ingredients
- Banana x 1 large
- Coconut cream or yoghurt x 2 tbsps
- Maple syrup x 1 – 3 tsp
- Raw cacao powder x 2 tsp
Method
- Peel the banana and slice it.
- Place the slices of banana onto a tray.
- Put the tray into the freezer for 2 hours or more.
- When the banana slices are frozen remove them from the tray.
- Place them into the blender.
- Add in the coconut cream, maple syrup and raw cacao powder.
- Blender this ingredients together on the ice cream setting, if your blender has one.
- Once all the ingredients are smooth ish remove from the blender using the cream scoop.
- Serve with coconut crunch or something similar.
- Then enjoy.
