Equipment

  • Sharp knife
  • Chopping board
  • Tray
  • Blender
  • Ice cream scoop

Ingredients

  • Banana x 1 large
  • Coconut cream or yoghurt x 2 tbsps
  • Maple syrup x 1 – 3 tsp
  • Raw cacao powder x 2 tsp

Method

  • Peel the banana and slice it.
  • Place the slices of banana onto a tray.
  • Put the tray into the freezer for 2 hours or more.
  • When the banana slices are frozen remove them from the tray.
  • Place them into the blender.
  • Add in the coconut cream, maple syrup and raw cacao powder.
  • Blender this ingredients together on the ice cream setting, if your blender has one.
  • Once all the ingredients are smooth ish remove from the blender using the cream scoop.
  • Serve with coconut crunch or something similar.
  • Then enjoy.
