My little family and I have discovered a fresh twist on our burger night with my Sundried Tomato and Basil Prawn Burgers. They are light, flavour-packed, and perfect for something a little different. Juicy prawns combined with the rich sweetness of sundried tomatoes and the fragrant lift of basil create a deliciously vibrant bite that’s ideal for warm days or when you fancy a seafood treat with a gourmet feel. Whether you serve them in a toasted bun or on a crisp salad, they’re simple to make and seriously satisfying.
What flavour combinations do you enjoy in your burgers? Let me know in the comments below and please don’t forget to like and follow me.
