Sundried Tomato and Basil Prawn Burgers

Sundried Tomato and Basil Prawn Burgers

My little family and I have discovered a fresh twist on our burger night with my Sundried Tomato and Basil Prawn Burgers. They are light, flavour-packed, and perfect for something a little different. Juicy prawns combined with the rich sweetness of sundried tomatoes and the fragrant lift of basil create a deliciously vibrant bite that’s ideal for warm days or when you fancy a seafood treat with a gourmet feel. Whether you serve them in a toasted bun or on a crisp salad, they’re simple to make and seriously satisfying.
