Equipment
- Blender
- Measuring jug
- Teaspoon
- Ice cream scoop
Ingredients
- Frozen mango x 150g
- Frozen pineapple x 150g
- Frozen banana x 150g
- Coconut cream x 2 – 4 tablespoons
- Mint x 1 small handful
- Coconut water x 25mls (or maybe even more)
- Honey or maple syrup x 1 – 2 tsps optional
Method
- Put the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, coconut cream and coconut water into the blender.
- Blend these ingredients together until it’s smooth and resembles sorbet.
- You may need to add a little more coconut water but do this a little at a time.
- Once the ingredients look like sorbet stop the blender.
- Scoop out with the ice cream scoop into bowls.
- Then serve and enjoy.
