Tea is a massive part of the British culture. It’s what set us apart from the other Big Brother houses in the world. When the house mates would fight most of them would go off into separate corners to cool off.
In the British house one house mate would always ask if anyone wanted a cup of tea. In turn this would help to ease the tension in the house. It made a huge difference to the way everyone communicated with each other after the disagreement. Next time there’s a fight in your house ask if anyone wants a tea or coffee and see what happens.
For me, a cup of tea is a good way to make myself sit in silence for 5 minutes while I drink it. I no longer drink caffeinated tea, apart from green tea but I do love a cup of herbal tea instead. Also I love to invent my own hot drinks nowadays. Therefore I thought I’d share this cup of deliciousness with you. Below is a video and recipe for you.

Mint, Lavender and Lemon Balm Tea was a refreshing drink that I enjoyed all by myself. I love a herb tea in the morning, afternoon and evening. I decided to drink this one after my lunch. It made a nice change from my usual mint tea. By adding the lavender and lemon balm it made a lovely change. It’s one recipe I will be be remembering in future. However you decide to eat this dish, as always, please enjoy. Thank you xxx
