GF, DF, EF and NF Breaded Chicken with a Coronation Sauce

GF, DF, EF and NF Breaded Chicken with a Coronation Sauce

Coronation Chicken Sandwiches were always a favourite of mine when I ate bread. Nowadays I am no longer able to eat gluten so instead I have started inventing my own recipes from the meals I used to enjoy. I have so much fun in my kitchen and I love to think of ways to make foods that I once enjoyed.

As I was wandering around our local supermarket I spotted a coronation chicken sandwich hanging out in the fridge. I have to admit it looked delicious and my mouth did water a little bit. As I was standing looking at the sandwich I suddenly had an idea to make a coronation chicken dinner. So I went home and made the meal below. It was so yummy that I just had to share it with you.

Do you like a Coronation Chicken Sandwich or have you eaten it any other ways? Let me know in the comments below and please don’t forget to like and follow me.

GF, DF, EF and NF Breaded Chicken with a Coronation Sauce

GF, DF, EF and NF Breaded Chicken with a Coronation Sauce was a hit with my husband Howard. My son Ted, who is a fussy eater, wasn’t that much of a fan. So fifty percent of the family enjoyed this dish. I made this sauce as I was cooking the chicken. It could be made in advance of the meal and frozen if you don’t have much time. I also put the sauce on the side but it could be poured all over the meal like a gravy. However you decide to eat this meal, as always, please enjoy.
